Will T-HUB work with my website/shopping cart?

Will T-HUB work with my website/shopping cart?

T-Hub supports a number of shopping carts out of the box. See list at https://atandra.com/t-hub/#integrations

For other shopping carts, you can still use T-HUB. See the different integration options below. Integration with custom cart is supported by T-HUB professional or T-HUB Advanced. T-HUB Standard edition does not support integration with custom shopping carts.

There are two options:

1.    Manual CSV Order File Download
Order file downloaded from your online store in T-HUB CSV format [This is a csv order file format - see example]. In this case you will have your web developer enable your online store to download orders in T-HUB file format. There will not be additional costs for this solution, you will only pay the T-HUB License costs. More details about this file format is available here.

This option allows you to manually download the order csv file from your website to your computer (outside of T-HUB). Open T-HUB and click a menu to import the downloaded csv file. Orders will be loaded from file into T-HUB.

2. Direct Link

With direct integration, T-HUB will be able to communicate directly with the website without having to download files as in Option 1 above. T-HUB will make calls to the website to download orders, update shipping status online or update inventory stock online based on level of integration implemented.

Your Shopping Cart/Web developer will have to develop this direct integration module for T-HUB. Please click on this link for the Specifications document. Your web developer will have to develop the integration script for the website based on detailed technical specifications document below. Once the development is complete, Atandra will conduct a testing and certification process and ensure that the script is working properly. There will be a one-time certification fee between $400 to $750 depending on the level of integration desired. XML Integration specifications are available at  https://atandra.com/downloads/THUB_Service_Spec_43.pdf
