QuickBooks connection with T-Hub Multi-user

When using T-Hub on multiple computers, you will must likely be sharing the same T-Hub database. Every computer will be sharing the same information, configuration and settings. This also means that, whatever QuickBooks path is configured in the host computer, will show up on all other T-Hub computers.

Therefore, it is recommended that you create the same path for every computer.

You can go to My Computer or Computer, and choose the option to Map Network Drive. Make sure you are using the same drive letter for all of the computers like the Z drive or the Q drive that is usually available on all computers. The D drive would not be a good choice. Hit the browse button and navigate to the folder where the QuickBooks Company File is located and select that folder. Example would be to use drive letter Q. and browse to the "Computername"\C:\Users\Public\Documents\Intuit\QuickBooks\Company Files folder. Select Company Files. It would look like Q:\MyCompany.QBW on all computers. Make sure that QuickBooks company file is open and logged on as the admin user on that computer if you are trying to connect to it for the first time.

Attached is a PDF example of how to map the QuickBooks company file.
